New Hope, AL
Country ranches and acreage homes
New Hope is a small city in southeast Madison County, sitting on US-431 between Owens Cross Roads and Lake Guntersville. The housing is mostly 1970s-through-90s country brick ranches plus newer acreage homes, spread out on larger lots rather than packed into subdivisions.
Those ranch homes are at the age where the original carpet and sheet vinyl are long past their prime, so the carpet-to-LVP swap is the everyday job here. Families on acreage want something that stands up to pets, mud and farm traffic, and waterproof LVP fits that life better than carpet ever did.
The other recurring New Hope job is water damage, usually from an appliance. A dishwasher or ice-maker line that leaks slowly behind a kitchen cabinet can ruin the flooring and soften the subfloor before anyone notices. We check moisture, remove the damaged material, repair the subfloor and rebuild — and we document it when there is an insurance claim.
Because these homes mix slab and crawlspace, we take a reading either way before ordering material.
Local knowledge
On US-431 toward Guntersville
We serve New Hope along US-431 and the rural roads toward the Marshall County line and Lake Guntersville. It is a pleasant drive from our Huntsville shop, and the measure visit is free however far out your place sits.
Common jobs are durable LVP through a ranch’s living areas, carpet in the bedrooms, and kitchen repairs after an appliance leak. Country homes take a beating from weather and pets, so we talk through wear layers and underlayment that match how the house is actually used. When a leak has gone on a while, we plan for subfloor repair as part of the job rather than hoping the damage stopped at the surface.

Trusted by North Alabama homeowners
“I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! They were professional and courteous through the whole process. All of my questions were answered as needed. They worked hard so that I could get to things I needed during construction. I have a dog, and they were very kind to her. By the end of the construction I felt as though they were family and my floors were fabulous! I will call on them again and would recommend them to my friends and family too.”
“This company did an amazing job with our floors! Lucas and his team did great work. They communicated well and were nice to work with. They worked efficiently and precisely and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have floor work done.”
